Computer Repairman

I have contacted this company several times over the last few years. As a business owner, having my computer, (email, document retreival, etc. ) working properly is vital, and when it doesnt, I cant work. Each time, they have immediately addressed the issue, and fixed it, with a reasonable charge. Even when someone said they could not (3 companies including Geek Squad, etc.) retrieve the lost data, they did. It is very difficult to find an honest company who understands the urgency of the situation. To underscore the owners honesty, recently I called about an issue, and rather than charge me, he took 20 minutes to tell me how to resolve it -as it was a GoDaddy issue, and again, Problem fixed. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!!!

I found Marc after a quick search on here and I'm glad I did. My laptop had water damage due to a leak in my apartment. Marc was super quick to respond. After dropping the laptop off, he would update me via text throughout the entire repair process. Geek Squad could never.

The service Mark provided was top top notch. Great communication, expertise and turnaround! Would highly recommend it for anyone who has an issue with their PCs/laptops.

Marc identified the problem quickly, recommended the solution(hard drive) and even sent over where to pick up the item at a good price. Installed and then went above and beyond your normal service by fixing some other small items inside my PC that Best buy apparently had not bothered with. My laptop fan started making an ungodly noise that made it sound like the computer was going to explode. Marc took a look, and found that fixing it required purchasing a replacement fan. He let me know my options for a replacement, including differences in pricing and time to ship (critical since my laptop was unusable while the fan was malfunctioning). He fixed it a timely manner, providing updates as we awaited the replacement part, and the price was reasonable for the work involved. Would definitely use again!

My computer was not connecting to any wifi networks, and suspected I needed to get a new networking card installed. Marc took my computer and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Responsive, friendly and good at what he does!

I really appreciated the assistance from Marc! He quickly identified the problem with my printer, fixed it and his fee was very reasonable. And I appreciated him sharing his insights with me about what printers work best over the long term. I work at home and it was a big relief to be able to use my printer again!

I had two credit cards hacked within a one week period (I don't even use them online). One of the hackers actually called to redeem the points into his checking account using my security question answers, a clear sign my computer was hacked. I called Computer Repairman in the morning and by 3pm he was already working on it. Mark had the computer cleaned and ready within 24 hours, a huge help since I run my business from home. Mark knew exactly what to do and now I am protected moving forward. I will definitely be calling him again for my computer needs.
